Welcome to PrioriQuest ("we," "us," or "our"), a prioritization-driven to-do app accessible at https://www.prioriquest.com. By accessing or using our website and application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Services ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.  

1. Use of the Service  
PrioriQuest is owned and operated by us. During the trial period and upon payment for a subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or business task management, as applicable.  

2. Payment and Refunds  
You may use the Service during a trial period as outlined on our website. After subscribing, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us at adam@prioriquest.com. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable payment methods.
